Spouse Work Permit for Belgium?

I am hoping to move to Belgium to work for an international organization. What type of visa is generally given to staff of international organizations working in Belgium (UN, NATO, etc.). I am a citizen of the United States.

Also, my wife is from South America. Is she entitled to a work permit if she accompanies me to Belgium?
