Spouse Work permit Under HSMP

Spouse Work permit Under HSMP

Dear Friends,

I want to know what is the status of Spouse after she gets HSMP dependent Visa . HSMP experts kindly tell me wether you have moved with your Spouses and what is there legal working Status .

I want my spouse to work in U.K

Dino
HSMP depedant Visa holders are entitled to undertake any kind of work during the validity of the Visa
Where there is a will there is a way.

For some reasons I could not apply for my wife HSMP (as spouse) during my application process.

I arrived in May this year, working currently as IT contractor, Can someone please advise how can I get my spouse & 2 kids passport stamped under HSMP. :oops:

Do i have to fill in some application or can she approach the consulate back home with my HSMP invitation letter and the photocopy of my visa.

Please advise...

According to the brit embassy site here, you got to fill up separate forms for all your dependents. Ask your wife to contact the nearest embassy(they are good in responding to every e-mail). They will definately help you.

My wife Does not have anything written on visa reg work status .
It is written as Dependent to accompany

How should i explain to employer that she can work

you can ask the employer to e-mail the query to home office [They can do that]. You can also show them the web site where it is written that the HSMP dependent can work in UK.
