Stamp 6 processing issue

Hi all

Does anyone have any issue with Stamp 6 (without condition) visa recently?
The website says there is a delay due to high volume applications.

The problem is they ask applicant to post the original passports which I did using registered post. I can see they have been received at their end. However, there is no tracking after that and I dont know if they actually received the passport and how do I know if my application is being processed?

It has been 10 days now and I heard nothing. There is no contact number that I could ring or email address i can send my query to. I submitted my query to their portal but never got any reply either.

The whole process is so frustrating. Can anyone help?
