Stamp 4 Renewal and Social Welfare

Hi I'm an Irish citizen married to a Chinese, and my problem is that I have recently came home from living in China and brought my wife with me. We applied for her GNIB card and she now has a stamp 4. We are in Ireland about 4 months and I still haven't found a job yet - proving very hard, so I am on social welfare and also claiming for her.

My question to the board is: By drawing the dole and other benefits does this affect her renewal next year?
