Stamp 4 ( D Visa)

Friend of mine need advise on this.
She(indian National) has been issued stamp 4 on the basis of parentage of Irish citizen child under Zambrano Law and currently she has both stamp and visa stcker displaying the category D Visa.Her query is that does she need to have uk transit visa if she is transiting through Uk.
