I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek your expertise and advice regarding the Standard Visitor Visa application for my parents and niece. Could you please review and suggest on the following points:

Evidence of Sponsor Compliance: What documents can be provided to demonstrate that my sponsor is not, and will not be, in breach of UK immigration laws at the time of our visit? You are the sponsor, so evidence of your legal stay in the UK.

Application for Niece: Along with my parents' applications, I am also applying for a visitor visa for my niece, aged 22 and she has recently completed her studies and is currently unemployed, relying on her parents. She has maintained funds up to £2000 in her account, but does not own any property. Could you please advise on the necessary documents to include with her application? Does she need to provide any evidence for proof of funds as she is unemployed? If her parents are willing to sponsor her, that would help. If not, it gets tighter from there. No job, no studies, no family, prolly no travel experience and limited funds. Not the best cocktail.
