Start Date issue

Hi,

I'm switching from Tier 4 to Tier 2. My employer issued my certificate before I received my graduate certificate so I was not able to apply until now when I have my graduate certificate.

I realised that the start date that my sponsor used to issue the certificate already passed. Can I still apply to the Tier 2 with the same CoS? Would they reject my application due to this date issue?
