Hi,

I have left my job and started my own IT consulting company
how can I help other people like in this forum and I can make money as well.
Is there anything I can do from india to uk or uk to india.
Can I invoice UK client from India (just to save tax).

but staying everthing legally, no illigal thing.

Thanks

Dear Dude,

Yes. I also have my IT services company in the UK. It is to be registered as a Private Limite Company in a few weeks as I have filed registration with the companies house. I have already ready for NICO and tax returns with HMRC. We can work together by me sourcing for services in the UK and Nigeria since I have a registered company also in Nigeria and you will be working from wherever location you are and we can implement some applications for companies here and abroad. I am a Business Improvement Analyst with over 8 years implementing processes, procedures and policies in relation to Enterprise resource Planning application such as IFS,SAP and Oracle. Please, let me know what areas of IT consulting you are looking at and we can discuss further.
What number of employees you have and size of company you are operating?
I expect your feedback sson.

What exactly you mean by help.
If you charge money or get paid for any 'helps', then that becomes a service- taxable in the UK.

Saving UK tax by registering offshore entities is a complicated affair, and proceed with caution. On the other hand, if you simply planning to provide services within UK through your overseas company, that is pretty straight forward.

Most cases, however small(including 1 person cos) or large, start up businesses must have a "plan", and my view is that you should start working on this.
