Statement Balance for Tier 1 - PSW!

He has started to maintain 800 GBP in his bank from 01-08-2011. On 30th August 2011 the balance gone 770 GBP but on the same date he had recieved his wages and the balance gone above 800 GBP.

if statement shows that the amount was less than 800 pounds during the qualifying period of 90 days, then he will NOT score maintenance points

Please advise whether such short fall may affects the maintenance requirement?
