Statutory declaration letter

Hello all forum members

I needed ur help urgently as I am going to attend an interview this week. all my 50K is in my account but partly it was provided by my husband and my brother in law ( not all my saving and earning). But its fully my money now that I own and control.

So I am really wondering if HO will drill down upto that depth when they asking about source of money.

Please, help me how can I get or whats the process of getting statutory declaration letter ( notarised letter), or can I simply write their statement and get their signature on it?

Please suggest.

The money which you have taken from your broyher in law you will have to say you have sold the family car to that guy in your home country.you have to say thats your own money.you did not borrow it from somewhere else.when you had submitted your application.Did they call you for interview or you received a letter from home office.Please up date.

I had a telephone interview, at that time the lady was asking from where did you get that money, I simple said thats my money been transferred from my another account. But in that another account it was transferred from my brotherinlaw months before.

I am attending interview, have got letter and email for this.
