Hi,

I am on tier 2 dependent visa and my spouse is working in UK.
Currently I am working in India and am on a client project outside India with frequent travel betwwen India, UK and clinet location.

Do I have to be present in UK for a certain number of days per calendar year to maintain my tier 2 dependent status ??

We get permanent residency (PR) after working for 5 years in UK. Currently we have tier 2 visa from past 6 months. Do we have to fill in any form to apply for PR.
