Stay in UK while main applicant is away

Hi All,

I am in UK on a dependent tier-2 visa. I've taken up employment here. I want to know that if my husband who is the main applicant has to go back to India for 2-3 months then can I stay back in the UK for that period or would I need to leave along with him.

If the main migrant's absence will be temporary and he intends to return to UK under the same leave, then the dependant(s) can continue to remain in the UK (and continue to be work).
