hi everyone,
i have started this forum since last month and it is very useful.
i have now made an application for flr(o) will reach to the HO by tomorrow , on the basis of my wife,2kids born here.
i was refused from UT for permission to appeal to UT on 15thjan-15.
what are the chances of getting visa?
i have submitted payslips (£25+k/annum),p60's, tanency aggreement, police registration certificates, ielts(expired), letter from
the employer, letter from my british uncle, utility bills on my name, bank statements, letter from the nursery where my daughter goes,
council tax bills, HMRS bills....
please advise...

I told u to use flr fp which is correct form on the basis of article 8 family life human rights whatever u call it

Dont worry they may send your application back as invalid

or

if your case is in hand of good people they will request u to send flr fp application

Chances to get a visa is 0.0000000001%

Please Zee Ali let's try not to insult anyone.

If someone choose not to take our advise, you can simply ignore them. No need to say they questions are stupid.

We are in a free country were people are free to ask any question they so wish. So long as they don't break forum rules or insult anyone.

I would have given similar advise as you, it does not mean if will get offended or angry if it is ignored.

Perhaps the OP'S lawyer told him to go with FLR (O). He decided to go with his advise than yours.

He is entitled to do that. It is his right.
