I have applied for Residence card EEA2 but returned back my application and want more documents like birth certificate and the civil partnership certificate. I dont have a COA.hashimmod wrote:Dear sir,
I hold a EEA Family permit which was valid from 18-6-2009 and got expired on the 18-12-2009 and i am in UK with my french wife and my employer has dissmised me from my job saying that i am not entitled to work as my EEA family permit has expired on 18-12-2009. But the british embassy and the home office said that it is not a must to have a Residence card as long as i live here with my EEA wife i have the right of residence. but my employer dosent agree with that and dont want me to take back at work without a residence card. What can i do sir ? i would appriciate your advice it would be of great help.
I would like to thank you in advance.
