STRANGE SITUATION NEED URGENT HELP

I am not a good story teller but i will try my best to explain my situation.to get any possible help from respected and experienced members of this forum..

1.I got married with my wife (BRITISH CITIZEN) in Uk back in 2013
2.islamic way with no marriage registration in Uk.
3.i based my case on human rights later in Uk and was refused and i was sent back to home country(pakistan)
4.I Based my application on human rights becuase UKBA raided a office where they thought i was working while i was on a visit to my uncles bussiness.and was released very next day with reporting directions.
i was on tier 4 student visa with restriction to work.
5.i came back to Pakistan and my wife british citizen joined me later this april
6.we applied for EU join spouse visa under free movement directive.to ireland this may and was refused with
a reason fail to prove family relationship.it was nothing to do with Ireland it was my mistake becuase i didnt
registered my islamic marriag in pakistan i did a mistake and was totally depending on Uk Islamic marriage certificate.ireland give me right of appeal and on refusal letter they advised me to put a new application under irish law as mentioned in EU directive
7.later on i Send my islamic marriage certificate to UK and was attested by a notary public in UK .and was legalised
as a NON-GRO marriage certificate by Foreign common wealth office Uk after that i attested it from
pakistani embassy and also i registered my marriage in Pakistan wih local union council and attested by foreign ministry.And got Nadra marriage certificate.while i was doing all that i lost the time to appeal
the ireland visa office decision
8.know i want to ask the question can i apply for schengen visa under EU directive of free movement
to germany what documents should i need?

could somebody please give me a expert advise.

Dear noajthan this vfs link is to apply from uk i am in pakistan.and also there is no such information
on german embassy in pakistan to apply under eu free movement directive,,any more help will be appreciated

Suggest contact the embassy (in your country) & ask them directly.
I have not been to Germany but the embassy is clearly your first contact point.

Apply for a regular short term Schengen visa, the application form mentions which questions you don't have to answer as the spouse of an EEA national.
