dear friends,
i need an advise for student dependent visa applying from pakistan.as my wife is on student visa in uk she been there for last 3 months actually she got the visa on appeal so that was according to previous system not pbs.so i am wondering how i wil apply for dependent wil i fall in previous category or do i need to apply under pbs dependent and kindly waat documents i require to file my application.any useful information is welcom.

Have they issued her new ID card or Stamped on her passport. If stamp that means shes still under old rules i guess its VAF3b form.

thanks for reply.she just had a visa on her passport.its means i ve to apply under previous rules can u kindly tell me wat would b requirement for bank statement i got around 9 lakh wil that be enough which is in my account.

yeh that be fine , how much funds has she got and make sure you cover all other requirement for accomodation,relationship proof
