It is not an immigration matter, so it would be best to seek information and advice from specialists in student finance eligiblity.
Looking at the basic criteria, you could potentially be eligible for a Tuition Fee Loan, but almost certainly not the Maintenance Loan for living costs. But it depends on other matters that you have not mentioned. UKCISA has a guide to eligibility for Government Student Support in all four countries of the UK:
https://www.ukcisa.org.uk/Information-- ... nt-Support
They have a Student Advice Line. If you contact them they will need more detailed information in order to assess whether you meet any of the eligibility categories, so make sure you have information to hand about which country you intend to study in, when you plan to start the course, when your current leave was granted, what was your previous immigration status, whether your immigration status will be different by the time you start the course, whether you have had any recent periods of living in the UK as an overstayer or without a formal status, whether your spouse has any other nationalities and where they have lived, whether you have any other relevant family members in the UK, and more.
I do not give immigration advice. I refer you to Immigration Rules, guidance, other online content and to your sponsor.
