Student loan from Government

Post by Kazi123 » Wed Jul 07, 2021 11:35 am

Hi my name is Kazi.

I am going to study Masters in Marketing at Durham university and My course is starting in September
For my funds required I have taken a loan of 5000 pounds from West Bengal Minority Development and Finance Corporation . This is a loan scheme given to students by Government of West Bengal (India) for their higher education,

I wanted to check whether I can show the sanction letter of the loan to UKVI and apply for my visa.

All the rules and requirements for using evidence of a loan in a visa application are covered in Appendix Finance, paragraph FIN 9.2:

https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration ... ix-finance
I do not give immigration advice. I refer you to Immigration Rules, guidance, other online content and to your sponsor.
