student married to refugee, what happen next?

my husband came to uk with 3year student visa which will expire end of august and i am a refugee in uk.
we recently get married in uk. now i would like my hubby to change his visa
status in uk. but we dont no where to start and how. we cant afford expensive lawyers.
any idea? pls help.

Not allowed to change visa status in the UK , he will have to go back to his country to change visa status

Not sure but i think you can change in country using FLR(M) form provided you meet the requirments.

Thats correct. If the OP has been granted full refugee status, then the spouse of OP can apply from within UK.
