Student Transfer

Hi
My college has been suspended for 4 months. All student have been sent a email recently by the college that says all student will be transferred to another college so we dnt have to re-apply visa.
is it possible or something going on?

If student change their sponsor they have to re-apply visa thats what UKBA's rule isnt it?

Actual Email which sent to all students

(Dear Students,

Further to our previous email, we like to confirm that we are going to Sheffield to have a further meeting with UKBA on 6th January 2012 regarding transfer of our college students and we will receive answer until 13 January 2012. Students can take these two weeks as their holidays that will not affect their status.

There will be another confirmation email from us as soon as we get the solution by UKBA. All the students belongs to either management course or English language courses should wait to receive another email for their further arrangement of studies.

Any student whose courses are finished can let us know immediately through email then we can ask UKBA to transfer their sponsorship as quick as possible.
