Student Visa - BRP decision letter not recieved

Hello,
I have got a 120days(4months) student visa where as it should be 90days validity ,and i have not even got a desicion letter(BRP letter) alongwith ,after checking VFS told me its a wrong visa which have been issued ,and i must get it corrected ,i have written to embassy but i have not got any reply ,is there any way i can get to know what i should be doing next ,any help would be appreciated as its sort of Panic mode currently
