Student visa extension funds less than 28 days plz help

Hi evry1 please help my gf is very upset regarding her maintanance of funds as she forgot to maintain and there is more than 2 weeks gap and she is unable to maintain funds --please help as her visa expiring 31st sep ..what are the possibilities to get out of this problem
