student visa overstay

Post by black swan » Mon Feb 28, 2011 11:49 pm

All friends here,

I had three months overstay before i sent new application for renewal. then my document was kept in Home Office for two years until I have done my course. However I was not lucky enough to achieve my degree, then I found other course to complete my degree.

At the meantime, I received a letter for a potential departure. That time i was enrolled into university. So I found a solicitor and sent an appealing letter on Feb last year, and also I kept writing to them about my latest information, but there is no any response. Now I got my degree but I don't know what i should do.

I don't know why how home office keep so long to make a decision. My passport certainly is invalid now since it has been kept in the Home Office for more than three years.

So, does anyone has any suggestion? please.

Many thanks
