UK student visa refusal

Hello,
Please I got a refusal letter on 13 December 2023 stating that my maintenance level of funds is insufficient, meanwhile the caseworker did not take into account the scholarship of £1500 I was given by the school.
The school representative also made it clear the case worker made an error and advised to go through AR
I already applied for administrative review now since 14th December 2023 and I'm supposed to resume by 15th January 2023.

Please advise, will the ukvi overturn their decision in time in this my case so I can resume by January.

No-one here could possibly know that.

You need to keep in close contact with your university about your options if the AR is not decided by your enrolment deadline.
