Student Visa Refused

hello, my good friends student visa has been refused today on ground of maintenance. bank statement was from uncle and even my friends uncle provided letter but they refused.

My friend can appeal but what ground? should she put money in her account then provide statement in appeal? please help

Friend's uncle?? means uncle to you and father to him/her? how is the second uncle who gave documents related to your friend.. Was the refusal due to shortage of funds? What are the exact reasons? New bank statements wont be accepted in appeal..

Sorry for the refusal ..... i can't get it from your post what actually , you are trying to say!!!!!!!!!!! .. can you make it a little good so that i can understand .. the only thing i am getting out of it is your visa is refused ....... uncle stuff .. friend i do get it sorry !

Sorry for confusion. i was in a rush when i sent message.

it was my friends uncle who provided bank statements and a letter saying these funds were for my friend to use.

they have refused to accept the bank statement from her uncle and thats why the visa was refused,

the questions are:

1. my friend can appeal but what ground should be used?
2. can my friend add new bank statement in their name?
3. with appeal application form and documents is there anything else that should be done?
