Hi,

My friend is going to apply for Tier 4 and intends to study english course. She has a 8 years old child. He could start her course in early october. Therefore, she may miss some many of primary schools' deadlines and her child would face problems in continuting his study at least for the beginning.

Then, is it possible that ECO rejects her application on the ground of child care or somethings like that?
