Could someone please express their views on my case? I would appreciate your help. I will be updating this post on a regular basis and update you all with my PR application.
FACTS:
(i) (WORKER) I worked from Feb 2008 - June 2010 (I have the WRS for this period). I then became 'voluntarily unemployed'- I left my job because I was offered a place at Uni. I then left the UK for 2 months (purpose: holiday in my home EEA country) before I came back in Sep 2010 when I started full-time course at Uni.
(ii) (STUDENT) From Sep 2010 until July 2013 I was in full time education. Interestingly, I was granted a student loan (I was regarded as a Home Student), I have had access to the NHS, I even applied (and was granted) HC2 certificate (NHS Help with Health Costs).
(iii) (JOBSEEKER) After graduation, so from the end of July 2013 to mid-Nov 2013 I was looking for a job here in the UK.
(iv) (WORKER) I have been working full-time since mid-Nov 2013.
Importantly,
I spoke to my mother who told me that I WAS, in fact, insured in my home country (EEA Member) throughout my full-time studies here in the UK! The problem is, I did not apply for the EHIC when I was a student. Why would I? At the end of the day, I was entitled to the NHS services like any other Brit. I even had the UK EHIC issued to me! I then spoke to the Public Health Advisor from my home country (the NHS equivalent) who told me that I can easily obtain a document from them stating that I had been insured throughout my studies in the UK. Nevertheless, I cannot apply for the EHIC because they do not issue back dated cards, duh!
My question is as follows:
(i) would the officially translated document from the Member State's NHS equivalent body stating that I was insured throughout the course of my studies suffices? No one seems to know the answer. UKVI advisors are puzzled as always. I don't want to suggest you the answer to my question but clearly, the EHIC are only issued when a person is insured!
P.S. When I found out that I needed the CSI I felt betrayed
. Not only I was granted a student loan/maintenance grants (classified as Home student) but I had also been working three years prior to my studies. I guess I could turn around now and say: thank you very much for the loan - UK government, I can GUARANTEE you that I won't be earning more than £25,000 a year when I return to my home country so I won't pay you back a PENNY! This was, by far, the best investment in my life - thank you very much for my FREE EDUCATION 
Would this argument convince the UKVI ? 
I could get married to my British partner anytime (in a duly attested relationship for 8 years), wait three years and get my passport but this is not the point. I feel sorry for all my fellow students and I will bite back
