Studying and re-entry under HSMP

Hi,

I got my extension for four after my initial one year under the HSMP. I was doing contract work and have finished that for a while to do some study (with a UK professional body, 'The Institute of Actuaries') to further my career.

When I re-enter the UK I tell imigration thst I do contract work and give the name of my emplyer as the limited company I had set up for my previous job. Would it be OK to just say that I am studying at the moment and will look for more work when my studies finish.
