Studying L2 part time in order to study L3?

Studying L2 part time in order to study L3?

I am an Australian citizen & would like to study in the UK on an international student visa.

The level 3 course I want to study requires me to study the level 2 course first, which is part time.

Do you know if my visa application will be accepted on this premise?

If you are not Under 16 and considered as a Child student then you are not allowed to take any Level 2 course if you are applying for the student visa.

What you can do, come to UK with a student visitor visa you will be allowed to do that course on part time basis. After finishing that course you can apply for the level 3 course. Only negative side is you have to go back to Australia and apply for your Tier - 4 visa in there.
