Stupid question regarding address(es) for Visas

Hey all,

This is pretty retarded, but since I'm neurotic hope someone could advise what to respond to this question from the MVV guide:

3.1 Your full address and postal code
This is the address where you live rather than your family home. You MUST include your full residential address details including house number or name/street/village/town/city/state/province/ postal or zip code/country.

Thing is I have TWO addresses...I work in the city, stay a subleased apartment outside the city a 3-4 nights a week , and live upstate in the woods about 75 miles away.

And to make it even better, I receive all my mail at work!

I guess the best thing would just explain that on the application? I haven't seen the online form so I don't know if it would even give me the ability to enter two addresses. Just don't want to put one of them and later they said "I deceived them" on something so stupid.
