Subsidery company (Complicated Case)

Me and my friend applied from psw rout. both got refusal for wrong job title and names on the bank statement. He got appeal right and me not because my visa is still valid till 21 dec 2013.

my partner appealed and HO withdraw objections just 2 days before hearing date. its been 3 weeks still waiting for HO decission

I submitted JR and waiting for date.

now I am going to apply another fresh application now funds are available in our joint account,

1- I want to change SOC code in new application, can I?
2- do I need to open new company as the old company was opened more than 3 months before?

we have invested some of the amounts in old company, can I show them?

our old SOC code was 2137. now I want in my fresh application 3131 as it is according to my experience and qualifications.
