Summary Warrant - ILR

Hi

I had forgotten to pay council tax and a summary warrant was issued against my partner and me. We immediately paid all the remaining council tax and penalty.

Does the summary warrant consitute a civil judgement? Would this civil judgement (Sectrion 8 - Personal History in SET(M)) affect my application for ILR?
