My husband is currently on Tier 2 ICT and I am his dependent. His company had applied for extension of his visa last month(March) for another year but his job is ending by End of April.
Now my company is sponsoring me a tier 2 general for which we have obtained CoS and would like to apply for tier 2 general from home country in the beginning of May.
Since my husband's job is ending before his visa expiry would the visa be "curtailed"?
We are planning to go for super priority visa and the vfs webpage says if your visa was previously curtailed, dont go for super priority as it might take longer.
Should we go for super priority or not?
