Hello everybody

Just wanted to ask,is it possible for my Mother to excise treaty rights thorugh the SURINDER route for me to join her in UK,She is a Uk citizen now but i am an overstayer by 3years and am i am 24 years old and heavily dependent on her, We though about moving to ireland as she has been offered a job there.

Any adivice would be greatly appreciated
