Surindersingh route paper application

Hi everyone,

I submitted my EU application through the Surinder Singh route, the home office received it on the 3rd of October with my supporting documents. They deducted the money on the 6th of November and then they sent me the biometrics letter dated 14th of November which I then received on the 18th of November. I then submitted my fingerprints on the same day and after three weeks i received my COA on the 12th of December. After a while they sent my passport back on the 24th of March with no other documents and no decision letter. So i humbly ask for anyone out there reading this to reply back with any information if they know what this could mean. Thank you.
