surname change on passport

surname change on passport

hi,

My wife is currently on UK dependent visa and we would like to get her surname changed on her passport to my surname.

My questions is if we change name on passport, do we need change name on UK Visa as well?

There is no need to change the Visa, unless ofcourse you feel charitable to Her Majesty's coffers and want to give them the cash for doing nothing :lol: :lol:
