suspend divorced

very soon i will have my divorce paper so iwill go for ROR
my ex wife is working through an agency part time about 80 percent she work avarege hour 12 and her wages is about 110-130 pound per week after tax
and about 20 percent she work 8 hour aweek and she earn about 60-70
pound after tax
so to retain my right she should be qulifaid person and be an active worker
so in the case above should i suspend my divorced until she rise her hour or i should go on and she will concider as qualified person ?????
plz plz help i have no time
