Swedish Resident need to go to Germany for training.

Post by maakm » Thu Mar 17, 2011 3:30 pm

Hi all

I am NON-EU resident has Swedish residence. I need to go to Germany for 6 month for training to one of my employers office. I have already applied for visa at German embassy in Sweden. but they told me that it will take longer time and I need to go very soon.

I know that I can travel to Germany and can stay up to 3 months on my current Swedish visa. But can I participate in training. Is it legal for me?

Any help would be appreciated.

What sort of "Swedish residence" do you have presently?

Will you be continuously in Germany or going back and forth to Sweden?

I have Swedish Work permit and I would be living in Germany continuously for 6 months.
