Hi
I am currently in UK on Tier 2 ICT Long term visa first granted July 2010 .

Details of Visa
Tier 2 ICT Long Term
First Entry in UK - 10 July 2010
Visa Extended within UK in June 2012 valid until June 2014.

Can you please clarify following points ?

Can I switch from tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 general visa within UK with change in sponsor?
Will I eligible for ILR/PR after switching ?
If yes will my Tier2 ICT period can be considered for ILR /PR ?

How long I can extend Tier 2 ICT with same employer ? is it beyond 5 years ?

yes, 5 years after switching

no
