Switch from PSW to Tier 4 Student

Hi

Just wana ask that i came uk as student in 2007 in MBA marketing course but change immediately and took admission in diploma (level3), in 2009 i took admission in MBA International but after PGC in 2010 i left the college and taken admission in MBA top up in another college and got my MBA degree in October 2011 after that i applied for PSW in March 2012 and my current visa going to expire in August 2014.

can you guys tell me that cap of 5 year degree program would be apply on me or not and can i take admission in Master program aur CMI level8 diploma. According to me i just spent 2 years on my degree program. waiting for suggestion thank in advance
