Switch From TIER2 to TIER1

Post by ajay.thakur » Sun Jan 02, 2011 10:12 pm

Hello,
I am planning to switch from tier 2 visa to Tier 1 general visa. I will be applying for Tier 1 sometime in late Feb 2011 or in early March 2011. The period i want to consider for applying is March2010-Feb2011.
I have a bachelor’s degree.
My Case:
In March 2010 I got 2 salaries
1. Indian Salary as part of full and final settlement
2. UK salary

My salary for the period March2010-Feb2011 turns out to be more than 40k, only when I include double salary from the month of MARCH2010.
If exclude any of the salary from the month of March i fall short of salary limit criteria.

Can anyone please advice if it is valid to include both the salaries while applying for the Tier 1, both the salaries are from same employee.

Thanks
