Switch Tier 1 Entrepreneur to Tier 2 General

Hello Forum,

Asking this on behalf of my friend,well he recently got his Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa after a rejection and an appeal, but he very recently also got a full time opportunity who are willing to sponsor his Tier 2 General visa.

Question #1 Can he switch to Tier 2 General immediately
Question #2 Say he has a Tier 1 Entrepreneur,is there a way that he can work for the company he was offered a job in.May be work as a contractor from his own firm?

Question #3 What would be the best option going forward from here,get status changed to full time job and Tier 2 General and then pursue the business he setup.

Any advice is much appreciated.
