switch tier4 to tier 2 PBS

Hi All!
I am currently Tier 4 visa holder. I am now on my Fifth year of being a student visa holder here in UK.
I have finished NVQ 3 and NVQ 4 both in health and social care. I am now finished with my BTEC HND Level 5 -awaiting certificate. Just a couple of weeks ago,my school's license has been revoked. My visa will expire in FEB 28,2014. I am now also awaiting for my NMC Decision Letter to be released but God knows when. So, my question is, what would be the best advice you can give me as I really wanted to switch from tier 4 to tier 2.

In order to switch from tier 4 to tier 2 you need to have successfully completed a uk recognised bachelors or masters degree or at least one year of a phd.
