T4 switch to T2 without RLMT

My boss wants to sponsor me but she asked me if I could switch from T4 to T2 in UK without RLMT.

I asked some Chinese lawyers, they said it was impossible, as I only can use current visa.

But from the words of Home office website, I think I can switch.

My visa history ( 2010-2011 MSc, 2011-2013 PSW, 2013- present ACCA) I want to use my MSc degree to switch as ACCA is not degree course.

The Chinese lawyers told me that T4, then T1 , and then T4 is not continuos leave, so I need to do the RLMT.

Anyone can answer me?
