Switching T2 to another type of visa?

Hi there,

I'm looking for advise on the following, I have been living in the UK for 6 years under T4, Post-Study W visa and now T2 General (2 years in February 2015), I was wondering if there is any chance that the previous years before I got the Tier2 could count to apply for the IPL. I am quite tired of my sponsor and it's getting difficult to find another job.

Do you have any idea what other options could I look at so i could leave this sponsor?
