I need your advice on this, please.
I have switched Employers on Skilled worker Visa (Health and Care) and received a decision by email.
I have resigned from my current job and my last working day is 30th April 2023.
However, I’m joining work with my New Employer (Hospital) on 15th May 2023 as they booked me in for Induction on that day and cannot facilitate earlier.
I joined work this month for 2 or 3 days a week for another Hospital as Additional Work/ Supplementary work in Shortage Occupancy list as a Bank Nurse.
Can I still take on Additional/Supplementary work from 1st May to 15th May ?
Also, can I work for more than 20 hours as it’s in Shortage occupancy health and care ?
