Hi i had a query, hope somebody can provide me with a solution.

Already on Tier 2, initially granted for a period of 3 years till july 2016 switched from tier 4.
Decided to change employers now, but seeking to go for "new entrant" salary on Soc Code.

Q : Will my new visa be granted till july 2016 if i apply now? As i heard there is a period limit on "New Entrant", total stay should not be beyond 3 years and 1 month.
