switching frm PSW

Hi guys,

This is a very exiting site as i can see ppl sharing ideas and experiences to achive success on immigration issues....

My worries go lke this;
1.my employer is on the 'list of sponsorship' I have worked for over 6mnths bt my pay is not up to 20K/annum...Can I still gain d 30points on sponsorshp switching frm PSW ?

2. I dont think I can fit for d HSMP either as my point is low due to Age and Wages/Salary. Pls what can i do...?

Thank u all....
1. Switching from PSW gives u point for sponsorship only.
2. If the job u applying for needs £20k then u employer needs to pay u that money and the same figures goes on u COS.
3. If lees than the CODE OF PRACTICE then u application will be refused.
4. Nobody can help you apart from u employer as the company needs to give u the recommended wages.

Contact your employer and discuss the important points related to CODE OF PRACTICE and see if they can help you raising the salary to the level HO recommends and issue you with a CoS;
