please can any one help me to find out that is that possible to switch from tier 4 dependent to tier 4 student in country ?

UKBA website says: ''You can switch in to the adult student category if you have, or were last given, permission to stay in the following categories:''

* student

As I first entered in Uk as student and then I became tier4 student dependant...since I have never been out of the UK under my current category.
in other words, I have had permission to stay as Student in UK previously. even that?

You have, and were last given, permission to stay as "dependent of Tier 4 / student". And that category is neither mentioned in the list nor in immigration rule 245ZX(b).

What if I apply for switching into Tier 4 (General) from my Home country? I have CAS from Highly Trusted Sponsor.

And,

I use my UK Bank statement showing required funds? for last 28 days...and onwards?
