Hi there,

Please does anyone know the rules regarding switching from the 2.5 years private life (10 year route to settlement) to spouse visa?

Is this possible?

Background: individual granted 2.5 years LTR on basis of private life in the UK. Got married 10 months later to a British Citizen, can they switch to the 5 year spouse route?
